2 teaspoon s Wyler’s® Beef Flavored Granules or 2 Bouillon Cubes
1 (1 1/2 pounds) beef flank steak
mixed salad greens
prepared italian salad dressing
In 1-cup glass measure, combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire and bouillon. Cook in microwave oven on high for 1 minute or until marinade is hot. Stir well; let stand 15 minutes. In resealable plastic food storage bag, pour marinade over steak. Seal bag. Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature; if marinating longer, refrigerate, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness. Cut into thin diagonal slices. Serve on salad greens with salad dressing if desired.
