Pasta Rice Pilaf

Pasta Rice Pilaf

Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup Pennsylvania Dutch® Fine Egg Noodles
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
2 3/4 cups water
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
4 teaspoon s Wyler’s® Beef Flavored Granules
chopped fresh parsley optional
Instructions
  1. In large skillet, cook rice and noodles in melted margarine, stirring frequently until rice and noodles are lightly browned. Add water, onion and bouillon; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes until rice and noodles are tender. Garnish with parsley if desired.
