Roasted Tomato Rotini

Roasted Tomato Rotini

Serves: 4
Ingredients
8 ounces rotini
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Wyler’s® Chicken Flavored Granulesor 3 Bouillon Cubes
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
8 Roma (plum) tomatoes (cut in quarters)
1 medium onion (cut into wedges)
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Cook rotini as package directs; drain. Preheat oven to 400º Fahrenheit. In small saucepan, combine water, oil, bouillon and garlic; heat until bouillon dissolves. In shallow baking pan, combine tomatoes, onion and bouillon mixture; stir gently. Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Toss vegetables with hot rotini and basil. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
