Creamy Pasta Florentine

Serves: 6
Ingredients
12 ounces fettuccine
1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
1 cup water
6 ounces reduced fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
1 tablespoon Wyler’s® Chicken Flavored Granulesor 3 Bouillon Cubes
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. In large pot, cook fettuccine as package directs, adding spinach to water during last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain fettuccine and spinach in colander. In same pot, over medium heat, combine water, cheese, bouillon and nutmeg; stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Add fettuccine and spinach; mix well. Garnish with toasted bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
