Marinated Grilled Beef Salad

Serves: 6
Ingredients
1/2 cup concentrated lemon juice
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoon s Wyler’s® Beef Flavored Granules
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (1 1/4 pounds) beef flank steak
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 sweet onion (sliced)
4 ounces pea pods
6 egg roll salad shells (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine lemon juice, ketchup, oil, sugar, bouillon and seasonings. Mix well. Pour 1/3 cup mixture over meat in shallow dish. Pour remaining mixture over mushrooms, water chestnuts and onion. Cover and marinate both dishes in refrigerator 6 hours. Remove meat from marinade and grill or broil meat, basting with marinade. Slice meat diagonally into thin strips. Combine meat, marinated vegetables and pea pods, and mix well. Serve in taco salad shells or over rice or pasta.
