Grilled Beef Salad

Serves: 4
Ingredients
1/3 cup concentrated lemon juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoon s Wyler’s® Beef Flavored Granules
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon basil leaves
1 (11 1/4 pounds) sirloin steak
1 pound small new potatoes (cooked and sliced)
zucchini strips
lettuce leaves
Instructions
  1. In small bowl combine lemon juice, oil water, mustard, bouillon, sugar and basil. Mix well. In large shallow dish pour ½ cup bouillon mixture over meat, cover and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours. Chill remaining mixture to use for salad dressing. Remove meat from marinade, heat marinade. Grill or broil meat and cooked potatoes, basting with marinade. Slice meat, arrange with potatoes and zucchini on lettuce. Serve with reserved dressing.
