In small bowl combine lemon juice, oil water, mustard, bouillon, sugar and basil. Mix well. In large shallow dish pour ½ cup bouillon mixture over meat, cover and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours. Chill remaining mixture to use for salad dressing. Remove meat from marinade, heat marinade. Grill or broil meat and cooked potatoes, basting with marinade. Slice meat, arrange with potatoes and zucchini on lettuce. Serve with reserved dressing.
