1 (1 pound) top round steak, 10 flour tortillas (warmed)
garnish: picante sauce
shredded Cheddar cheese
sliced green onions
In plastic bag or shallow dish, combine Lemon or Lime juice with oil, garlic, bouillon and meat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours. Remove meat from marinade and grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Slice meat diagonally into thin strips and place on tortillas. Top with garnish, and fold into tortilla.
