White Bean Chicken Chilli

White Bean Chicken Chilli

Prep. time: 10 minutes
Serves: 6
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
12 ounces skinless boneless chicken breasts
cut in  1/2-inch cubes
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 cans (16 ounces) Navy or Great Northern beans
undrained
1 cup water
1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green chiles
3 teaspoon s Wyler’s® Chicken Flavored Granulesor 3 Bouillon Cubes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
  1. In large saucepan, melt butter. Cook chicken and onion in butter until chicken is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes until slightly thickened. With handheld blender or potato masher, mash beans slightly. Serve topped with chopped tomatoes and chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
